Teen Titans of Business supports young people in developing entrepreneurial skills, confidence, initiative, and leadership. The project also equips educators and youth workers with tools to make entrepreneurship education more practical, inclusive, and engaging.
Through online learning, mobilities, mentorship, and international cooperation, the project connects young people, educators, and entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and create sustainable business solutions.

Project Objectives

Online Course
The online course helps young people explore the foundations of entrepreneurship through accessible and practical learning materials. Participants learn about business ideas, planning, teamwork, communication, and sustainable entrepreneurship at their own pace.
Mobilities
Project mobilities give participants the opportunity to learn through hands-on international experiences, including workshops, business planning sessions, study visits, pitching events, and exchanges with entrepreneurs and peers from partner countries.
Mentorship Programme
The mentorship programme supports youth teams in developing their business ideas step by step. Across nine modules, participants explore mission and vision, market research, funding, planning, and preparing strong business proposals.

LTTA for Youth Workers in Romania, February 2025: Empowered youth workers with skills to support entrepreneurship and develop business plans.
Youth Mobility for youngsters in Sweden, Summer 2025: Hands-on workshops on entrepreneurship and sustainable business methods. Shark Tank event for pitching business ideas to professional entrepreneurs. Study visit to a local sustainable business for practical inspiration.
Mentorship Programme
9 modules covering key aspects of business development (e.g., mission/vision, market research, funding). Hosted on Canvas for free, long-term access, providing support and prepare youth teams for international mobility by developing comprehensive business plans.
